Hundreds show up for a day of prayer at the
court house in Monroe County, Tennessee.
Church vans occupied both sides of the court
house as people started arriving around 12:00
pm for the prayer gathering.
Several Pastors spoke from New life Ministries
Christian Center (Greenback Community) and
Liberty Full Gospel Church (Town of Maryville)
bringing a zealous message of hope and
redemption to a community recently listed as
the 1 # county in the nation for meth use.
"Appalachian Dawn" the true story of how a
community in Manchester, Kentucky stood
against a powerful drug cartel and won,
inspired Pastor David Cooper and other
pastors in Tennessee to deliver a real
message of hope and redemption to a
community held captive by corruption and
drugs.
There has been a new initiative in Monroe
County Tennessee since April 2,2011.
Reports are coming in from dozens of sources
indicating that awareness has been created
and change is about to take place.
According to Sharon Rondeau, editor at The
Post & Email, an on line citizens advocacy
news group; an outside organization has
agreed to visit Monroe County Tennessee to
gather information about how organized crime
is effecting their community and to assist
residents with complaints.
The group is reported to be well-connected
nationally with individuals and entities
specializing in the areas of law enforcement,
voter fraud and prosecuting civil rights
violations committed under color of law by
public officials.
A company which produces news reports for
public access television stations maybe
available to the group.
A date and exact location in the near future
will be announced when the first such visit
from the organization will take place in
Monroe County.
Appalachian Youth Missions, a youth mission
organization based in Monroe County Tenn.
recently filed a complaint for injunctive relief
and for damages. The complaint names
Sheriff Bill Bivins, the Monroe County Sheriffs
Department and the County as defendants.
The complaint states the defendants’ conduct
was intentional, willful, malicious, reckless,
and/or so grossly negligent as to warrant the
imposition of punitive damages of not less
than $100,000.
A local citizens advocacy group "Christian
Citizens against Corruption" will be releasing
a national press release on the complaint and
answering questions at a news conference to
be held in Monroe County.
